I spent 10 years building back-end systems: for hospitals (EHR billing), insurance, a grocery chain (ERP and point of sale) and a soil-carbon company. Basically, I took slow manual work and made a computer do it in minutes.

A few things I've built:

• An insurance claims bot that talks to people by text and voice. It was 95% accurate and cut call-center spend by 30%.
• A lead agent for a real estate wholesaler that digs through county records. It found motivated sellers in 30 minutes instead of days, and they paid $1,500 a month for it for 3 months.

I'm an investor too. I bought a multi-family for $866K, put $300K into renovating it, and it now rents for $7,600 a month and appraised at $1.3M. So I know what a good lead is actually worth.

What I do now
